The product is kept in the thermoformed transparent blister which is to be kept in the blister sealing tool cavity and the blisters are sealed to the HSL (heat sealable laminate) coated printed card with the process of blister sealing machine which has a hot plate with air compression to seal the blister containing the product on the printed HSL coated card. You can ask your printer to provide HSL coating on the printed card for blister sealing priorly while initiating the order. The blister card should have good porosity to observe the HSL coating for better binding off of the blister with the card for better strength.
